The pro AI-film process, written down — two cookbooks and the 2,393 files that run them, for $0.

Most AI video looks cheap because nobody wrote the process down — people collect tools and skip the method. This kit inverts that: pipeline/cookbooks/ai-film-full-workflow.md takes a script to a locked film in six phases, motion-graphics-full-workflow.md takes a transcript to nine distinct edits, and the engines that execute them — the auto-clipper, the motion system, the longform edit bay, the shot-pack builder — ship in the same 937.6 MB download. Free, instant, no email; and free here means the files are yours, not that a trial clock started.

How it actually works

Exactly what it does — and when.

1For a script you want to turn into an AI film → it runs a six-phase pipeline: lock characters, locations and look once; auto-generate the shot pack; resolve each shot across SUBJECT · ACTION · SETTING · LIGHT · CAMERA · CONSTRAINTS; route it to the generator the evidence favours; then assemble and QA — with character sheets and a continuity system holding faces and sets stable shot to shot.
2For hours of raw longform footage → it transcribes, dissects the footage into a transcript-aligned edit, selects components, lays motion graphics over them and assembles the cut, so the long-video half of the work is drafted for you rather than skipped.
3For one long video or URL → it produces up to ~30 vertical captioned shorts, each selected for a stated reason, reframed with subject tracking instead of a centre crop, and burned with word-by-word captions.
4For flat 2D slideshows and template edits → it applies real cinematic depth and AI-driven motion, rendering parallax and camera moves locally from 227 included three.js composition files, 1,030 SVG overlays, 104 pro shot recipes and CC0 HDRIs — no cloud renderer, no After Effects, no monthly credits.
5For voiceless or scripted video → it generates free local AI voiceover narration and auto-times word-by-word karaoke-style captions, syncing each caption pulse to the audio track automatically.
6For 'where do I even look for reference?' → the reference libraries ship inside the download: reference footage, the arsenal references, the AI-film LOCATION→CHARACTER→SHOT doctrine, 13 motion-graphics systems with a collision matrix so two edits never look alike, plus mega-prompts, cookbooks and playbooks.
7For your coding agent → 10 Claude Code skills and 7 slash commands come wired in (film-director, animation-director, motion-editor, thumbnail-intelligence, video-shotcraft, davinci-resolve and the Higgsfield set), on top of 16 craft skill docs covering camera angle, movement, continuity, realism, transitions and VFX — so the agent already knows the studio the moment you drop the folder next to your project.
8For the thumbnail side of the craft → it ships the CTR psychology playbook, the thumbnail mega-prompt and a mined law bank of what has actually won; the arena that TESTS a thumbnail against 5,840 real high-performers is its own free download.
9For every project file and asset → it runs 100% locally with zero uploads and zero API keys, requiring no email, no payment and no account — 938 MB, 2,393 files, download and open it immediately.
In practice · Script to finished AI film, assembled and scored on your own machine

A creator has a two-page script and no footage. They lock the two characters and three locations once, generate the shot pack from the script, and build each shot through the 4-D prompt pass — the continuity system keeps the lead's face consistent across all eleven shots, and the model-choice framework sends the two moving-camera shots to a different generator than the static ones. They assemble the cut, lay motion graphics over the two transitions, and add a local AI voiceover with auto-timed captions. When the cut is locked they pull a named shot recipe for the opening title move rather than improvising it. All of it offline, with no accounts and no API keys.

Make a narrative AI film from a script

Walk the six phases in ai-film-full-workflow.md: lock characters, locations and look once, auto-generate the shot pack, then resolve every shot across SUBJECT / ACTION / SETTING / LIGHT / CAMERA / CONSTRAINTS. pipeline/ is 361 files and 51 MB of cookbooks, playbooks, generators, the shot-pack builder and QA gates; shotcraft/ supplies 104 recipes to pull from.

Turn one long recording into vertical shorts, unmetered

The fully-local auto-clipper transcribes with Whisper, picks the moments worth cutting with a stated reason for each, tracking-crops to 9:16 and burns word-by-word captions. Re-run it as often as you like — there is no per-minute charge because there is no server.

Build nine motion-graphics edits from a single transcript

motion-graphics-full-workflow.md drives a transcript to nine distinct edits, and motion/ supplies the parts: 1,030 overlay assets plus cinematic 3D with real depth. references/ carries 13 motion-graphics systems and a collision matrix alongside them.

What's inside

🎬 Full AI-filmmaking pipeline — script → locked film in six phases. Lock your foundation once (characters, locations, look), auto-generate the shot pack, then build each shot with a 4-D prompt pass over SUBJECT · ACTION · SETTING · LIGHT · CAMERA · CONSTRAINTS. Includes character sheets, location bibles, a consistency/continuity system so faces and sets survive across shots, and a model-selection framework that picks Higgsfield / Kling / Seedance / Veo / Soul by evidence instead of reputation — with a decision log for every prop, light and lens. 16 craft skills from cinematic checklist to camera movement, realism detail, transitions and VFX.
🎯 Fully-local auto-clipping engine — paste any long video or URL, get up to ~30 short-form-ready clips on your machine. Whisper transcribes, then an AI reads the transcript and picks genuinely clip-worthy moments (real hooks, payoffs, quotable lines) with a reason each, not regex guessing. Local hook-detection fallback when no API key.
👁️ Sees, reframes & captions — converts 16:9 landscape into 9:16 vertical that follows the subject via dynamic tracking crop, never a dumb center-crop, then burns word-by-word captions on every cut.
🎞️ Longform auto-edit bay — scans your raw footage, dissects it into a transcript-aligned edit, picks components, lays motion on top and assembles the cut. The long-video half of the studio, not just shorts.
🖼️ The thumbnail craft, in writing — the CTR psychology playbook, the thumbnail mega-prompt, and the mined law bank of what has actually won (one line per learned rule, with the evidence behind it). Want to TEST a thumbnail against 5,840 real high-performers before you publish? That's the YouTube CTR Arena — a separate download, also free.
🎬 Cinematic 3D motion graphics + 1,030-overlay arsenal — real depth and camera movement (three.js compositions, CC0 HDRIs and textures included), not flat slideshow templates.
🎥 104 pro shot recipes + Remotion templates — a full shot-craft library (Apache-2.0, license and attribution included) with runnable demos, so 'make it look expensive' becomes a named, repeatable shot.
📚 The reference libraries, in the box — the video reference footage, the arsenal references, the AI-film LOCATION→CHARACTER→SHOT doctrine, 13 motion-graphics systems with a collision matrix so two edits never look alike, mega-prompts, cookbooks and playbooks. This is the calibration material the pipeline was built on, not a link to go find your own.
🎙️ Free local AI voiceover + word-by-word karaoke captions, auto-timed. Transcription engine included.
🤖 Claude Code skills & commands wired in — motion-editor, animation-director, film-director, thumbnail-intelligence, shot-craft, DaVinci Resolve bridge. Drop the folder next to your project and your agent already knows the studio.
🧠 Brain-response attention scoring (TribeV2, installed free from source on first run — non-commercial licence, see LICENSES.md).

Who it's for

Solo creators whose output sits a tier below what they're competing against

The gap is almost never the model — it's that the other side has a process. Six phases, named locks and 104 shot cards are what's missing, and that's the bulk of what's in this download.

Short-form editors paying monthly for a clipper

The clipper is here, it runs locally, and it explains its picks. Nothing is metered, so the tenth pass on a client's footage costs the same as the first: nothing.

Motion designers who don't want another template pack

motion/ carries 1,030 overlay assets, references/ carries 13 motion-graphics systems and a collision matrix, and the cookbook is aimed at nine distinct edits. The doctrine ships with the assets.
